Full Count US Army Covert Chambray Pullover Shirt VE (Vintage Effect) Black
Having undertaken some new design and brand development over the past couple of seasons, Full Count are back with their latest collection blending timeless design with some unique and classic twists.
The US Army Chambray Pullover from Full Count is a classic take on rare and hard-to-find vintage US Army Pullover, first introduced in 1910. Denim later became a standard fabric used by the army as early as 1919, replacing the brown cotton duck work clothes that were previously issued. The pullover was standard issue until the 40s when a jacket with lower pockets and a buttoned up front replaced it.
Cut in Japan from 100% cotton, the US Army Pullover Shirt from Full Count is crafted from a black melange chambray that has been specially treated to replicate decades of natural wear. Sun-fading, subtle staining, and layers of absorbed paint create depth and texture, giving it that vintage look. Finished with carefully applied patch repairs, it captures an authentic, timeworn character with a true lived-in feel.
Tonal stitching features throughout as well as a button front using non-military issue buttons. Two large utilitarian chest pockets have been paired with button cuff adjusters to alter fit.
